Why I started Our Little Peas

I’m Kaiia, a teacher-turned-mom who knows firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to balance parenting and wanting to give your child a strong start.

When my oldest was little, I found myself torn between knowing what mattered most in early learning and struggling to make it doable at home. I didn’t have hours to prep lessons or the energy to recreate Pinterest-perfect preschool activities.

So I started creating simple, hands-on preschool printables and play-based activities that actually worked in our real life. Activities that sparked curiosity, built skills in literacy and math, and felt like play instead of pressure.

That’s how Our Little Peas was born — to help other parents like you feel equipped and excited to teach at home with preschool printables and play-based learning resources that make learning fun, meaningful, and stress-free.

01. I’m addicted to coffee.

My go-to coffee order is a vanilla almond milk latte, but I love brewing my own at home too.

02. I’m passionate about learning.

I’m passionate about early childhood literacy. I even earned my Master’s in literacy because I believe reading opens doors to a lifetime of learning.

03. I love helping women like you!

I love finding the extraordinary in everyday moments — whether it’s counting seashells at the beach or turning a walk into a nature scavenger hunt.
